Soul Venturer Mission

There are two massive shifts that are taking place rapidly in our society right now. The first shift is a new economy is emerging in front of our eyes faster than ever. The rise of the internet and social media have never made it easier to have anyone monetize something they are good at. Simultaneously, we have the rise of robotics and automation, changing the economic landscape. In this new economy the middle class is shrinking and it is becoming very binary. You are either a producer or a consumer in this new economy. We believe the best way to produce in this new economy is to deliver your gifts that come from your most authentic and aligned place. We call this place your soul.

The second shift, is there is a massive consciousness movement happening right now. More and more people are waking up to realizing they are here for something bigger. Bigger than just their salary, or benefits package, this inquiry for more in their life, is what we at Soul Venturer call "the calling".

Merriam-Webster's dictionary defines calling as follows:

Calling: (call·ing | \ ˈkȯ-liŋ \ noun)

A strong inner impulse toward a particular course of action especially when accompanied by conviction of divine influence.

 In this new economy and society, we believe we are going to see more and more highly talented professionals leave the workforce to answer their calling for more that they are getting, beyond the vehicle of their career.

At Soul Venturer, we are the world's number one resource to help any individual navigate this journey out of their career and into their calling, without sacrificing their family or financial needs. We have developed a model that can help any one of our clients in any industry leave their career for their calling successfully without sacrificing their current family or financial needs. We have helped many of our clients be able to do this effectively.

How have we helped them do this?

We use a particular methodology that encompasses two important aspects.

1he first is that one must clarify their mission first, before they figure out how to monetize anything second. The second is that the pacing of the journey of the individual transitioning, should be up to them. If they are going to make this transition they should be running full speed, and if they are not ready to run full speed out of their career, then they should be training to run full speed.

That is exactly what our methodology prepares them for.

There are three stages to the navigational journey, for anyone to leave their career for their calling.

1. Finding your path 
2. Clarifying your path 
3. Walking your path

This unique mapping system encompasses a particular syntax of having you gain clarity on exactly what your calling is first; before ever considering when to leave your career, while matching your unique pacing, timing and financial situation of your journey. 

Who Is Robert B. McGuinness?

"What does it take to get out of your career and into your calling, without sacrificing your family or financial needs?" 

This was the question I asked myself everyday on a three hour round trip commute to my technology sales role in New York City.

Everyday I sat down at my desk, something felt off, my chest would tighten, my throat would close up and deep down I felt like I didn't belong. I knew I was here on this planet for something bigger, but I did not know how I was going to do it! How was I going to leave my security, salary and benefits for this "thing" that I don't even know what it is yet? I was trapped!

Prior to my career, I had two unsuccessful business ventures, and needed to take a career to support myself. The problem was deep down I knew I was meant for more than a salary or benefits package. I knew I was not meant to settle.

So I went into an inquiry, that no one was asking themselves.

"How could this actually be done?"

From that point on I was on a mission to uncover what it would take for anyone in any industry to get out of their career and into their calling without sacrificing their family or financial needs.  

In order to make this happen, I had to make this happen for myself first.
That is leadership!
I went through a journey of discovering myself, by working with some of the world's leading experts in different business and spiritual spaces, Including Dr. Joe Vitale, Tony Robbins, Dr. Donny Epstein and other top psychologists and experts I could find.

What I uncovered was a common theme around why my first two businesses were unsuccessful and why I felt lost in my career. What was at the root, was an identity shift, a total realization that I had been doing everything for the wrong reasons! I was doing them for who I thought I was! What I had to give up who I thought I was, for who I remembered myself to be.

I had to return back to myself.

From this shift, I connected to myself in the deepest way!

From this shift, I also got my answer!

I uncovered a map!

A map in which anyone can use to get out of their career and into their calling!

Currently today I have helped hundreds of my clients navigate their journeys, using the same "Map" out of their career and into their calling, without interrupting their current financial needs.

Now, I see something bigger, I see a world where if you are still doing something, that is against who you truly are, you will realize quickly that it is not energetically sustainable.

Which is why I started Soul Venturer.
